| MOVAN began the spring of 2003. Meetings were originally held at Marietta College. In the fall of 2003 the meetings moved to the Ely Chapman Educational Foundation in Marietta, Ohio. The spring of 2006 we moved to our current location at the Dils Center in Parkersburg, W.Va. |
